Dr. John Carlile has been a practicing psychiatrist for over 20 years. Besides his medical degree and specialist qualification, he has a doctorate in medicine and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. A student himself for 20 years while acquiring all the qualifications needed for his work, Dr. Carlile also taught as a professor at various universities internationally for a further 17 years, during which he began studying the effectiveness of learning patterns. His long experience in the educational field and his design of a unique evidence-based learning system lends rich expertise to designing educational software. Dr. Carlile also brings extensive management experience to the company through experience of running medical departments and a large hospital.

Narath Carile has been developing software for 15 years. A distinguished cum laude graduate of Computer Science at York University, he has worked for IBM and is currently the chief engineer and Director of Software for Softlight Inc., which develops the patented software, Axis Learning System. With experience working internationally in the US, South Africa, Pakistan as well as in Canada, Narath has designed and implemented applications for educational, entertainment, medical, non-profit and financial clients, including the Government of Canada. He is also co-winner of the Young Navigators Entrepreneurship Award for innovative multimedia technology application.

Hagan Carlile is a senior designer with extensive expertise in digital technologies, and digital marketing. He is currently the Chief Creative and Design Director.

Helen Prancic is a York University Fine Arts graduate with a background in traditional studio and interdisciplinary arts. Helen is a visual artist and has been designing, developing and managing new media projects for the academic, enterprise and entertainment industries since 1998.
